Meet Pepper: Rick and Dawn’s Pet of the Week

Pepper’s friend has found a home, and we’d love to help her find one, too.

This week, Dawn introduces us to Pepper, a beautiful black cat at Ventura County Animal Services in Camarillo. Her family moved and couldn’t take her with them, so she came to the shelter with a friend. That friend has since been adopted.

During our visit, Pepper was a little shy, but very sweet. We enjoyed spending some quiet time with her, and we’re hoping her next chapter includes a loving home of her own.

If you’ve been thinking about adopting a cat, watch our visit with Pepper and contact the shelter to ask about meeting her. The adoption team can tell you more about her and help you decide whether you’d be a good match.
